Return Policy
We are sure you will be delighted with our items,but if not,simply contact info@jennysilk.com. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in good condition.
1. Send e-mail to info@jennysilk.com and Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return form will be sent to you then.
3. Place the item(s) in the original packing,put in the "Exchange and Return Form" and seal the parcel securely.
4. Drop off your package at the local post office. Send us the return tracking number.
5. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.
Return Conditions
1.You have 30days to decide if the items are right for you,if not,you can certainly come to us within 30 days on receipt.
2.The following items couldn't be returned:
Items on clearance
Silk Lingerie(Bra &underwear)
Customized Items
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
5. Return delivery charge should be paid by you and non-refundable. But a refund will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
6. Return RMA Number and return reason should be filled in the "Return And Exchange Form", or any delayed we will be out of responsibility.
7.For refund, it will be returned to your account within 3-5 working days. For exchange,new items will be reshipped to you within one week.
8.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
9.We need you help supply right delivery address to arrange shipping.If your parcel be returned or droped because the address is wrong.The order money can be return but we will need deduct money from the order.If shipping by Fast shipping need deduct $27/parcel.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2.Refund will be returned to you within 3-5 working days once get your receipt.
